Every once in a while Hip Hop churns out raw and authentic talent that can shape a generation. L.A. Giantz are a multi-talented Hip Hop Duo that is breaking new ground with their cold bars and innovative and refreshing sound that still rings true to the core of real hip hop. Hailing from South Central (Los Angeles), LA Giantz is making music that is thoughtful, conscious and driven by a desire to motivate and inspire all those that hear it. LA Giantz is comprised of two brothers namely Will & Joseph Milo popularly known as Deuce Mac & Joey Westside the sons of West Coast Legend Playa Hamm of the Penthouse Player’s Clique. The brothers grew up Hip Hop Royalty calling DJ Quik Uncle as well as being deeply immersed in West Coast Culture. Little did they know that their upbringing was the genesis of a great musical journey. Over the years they have honed their skills and lyrical acumen and they developed a style of songwriting and delivery that is transparent, daring and reflective of the experiences of the Duo. L.A Giantz has had a vast array of musical influences however they accredit the pivotal influences and inspiration in their music to icons such as Penthouse Players Clique, DJ Quik, DJ Battlecat, Snoop Dogg & Ice Cube. This all culminates in LA Giantz producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, easy-going, and fun but still seeks to provoke thought. LA Giantz uses their music as a vehicle to express their perspectives and tell stories. Their overarching ambition is to preserve West Coast Culture and take it Global.
They have also garnered plaudits having performed at “the house, Kobe built” (the Staples Center) in front of a crowd in excess of 20K. They also featured on Glasses Malone’s hit Single “Kanye Should’ve Never Married (That Bitch)” along with Suga Free and they showed their undeniable skill and prowess. LA Giantz just dropped a Double Disc LP dubbed “G-Sidez & P-Talk”. The lead single from the LP dubbed “Baby Mama Luv” is about appreciating mothers and showing them love and cementing their importance in our lives. Their music will showcase their lyricism in a uniquely constructed piece of musical artistry. The sound exhibits not only their versatility and prowess but will surely pave the way for the varied expressions of their musical ideas and artistic craft.
