Some artists are destined for greatness. Meet J MO II, he’s one of those artists. The perfect mixture of timing and talent, J MO II is ready to show the world what he has to offer. Fresh off the release of his latest single, “Clueless”, J MO II is set to blaze up the charts with his upbeat and melodic harmonies. Thissomebull.com recently spoke to J MO II regarding his current single.
TSB: Introduce yourself to our readers.
JMO II: What’s good family I’m Jamey Moore II.
TSB: Tell me about being born in Colorado, then being raised in Miden Louisiana and Pasadena, CA.
JMO II: I don’t remember much about Colorado besides being born there and the weather being a little too cold for my liking. Most of my family on my dad’s side reside in Louisiana so it was cool growing up with cousins and going to school with family in a small town. My mom’s side of the family stretched from Louisiana to California, and I spent most of my teenage to adult years in Pasadena California after my parents split.
TSB: What song made you want to be an artist?
JMO II: I always saw myself on a big stage and had aspirations of being an entertainer being influenced by artist like mike and usher growing up. In the 6th grade is when I knew I’d want to be an artist, after a phenomenal performance at a random open mic. I was clowning around on stage In front of the whole student body singing this Christmas and after hearing the screams and encouragement from my peers I knew I was built for this.
TSB: What was the inspiration behind your record, “Clueless”?
JMO II: The record “Clueless” was spontaneous for the most part. I can’t say it was about one particular person but at the time of writing the record I was caught in limbo of rather I should tap in with a few friends that I hadn’t heard from in a while. We all might be clueless at times and want to rekindle situationships down memory lane. “Clueless” is the perfect record for you if you’re on that type of timing.
TSB: What are you currently working on?
JMO II: I’m sitting on a lot of heat at the moment so I’m thinking of dropping an album and a few singles to wake the people up and let them know JMO is here! “The champ is here!”
